The Heated Vest Flex 2.0 is an integral part of the Santi heating system, which includes other products like the Santi BZ400 Heated Undersuit, Heated Flex 2.0 Undersuit, Heated Gloves, and a variety of Santi batteries, including the 6Ah, 24Ah, 14Ah, and 28Ah Blue Power options.
Advanced Insulation and Fabric Design
Constructed with Climashield Contour insulation fabric weighing 180g/m², the vest features three layers for optimal thermal performance. The breathable Climashield Contour insulation is protected by two layers of polyester, both inside and outside, with the outer layer providing windproof protection. The non-quilted fabric quality ensures more warmth is retained closer to the body, improving overall thermal properties.
Flexibility and Comfort
The vest includes wide elastic bands on the sides and crotch strap, allowing for the best fit and adjustments. It can be worn directly over a thinsulate or “sandwiched” between a thinsulate and baselayer to enhance heat distribution.
Compatibility and Operation
To operate the Santi Heated Vest Flex 2.0, a Santi Drysuit Connector or Thermovalve is required to connect the battery power to the drysuit system.
