The Santi Heated Flex 2.0 Undersuit is designed to offer optimal thermal comfort with lightweight, flexible Climashield Contour fabric. Compared to the BZ400 Heated Undersuit, the Flex 2.0 offers greater mobility and less bulk, making it a preferred choice for active divers.

The undersuit is best worn over thin thermal underwear to ensure optimal heat distribution. It should not be worn directly on the skin for safety and hygiene reasons.
FREE “Made to Fit” Service
Santi offers a Made-to-Fit service at no extra charge for any standard-size Heated Flex 2.0 Undersuit. Divers can request up to four size adjustments (ranging from 2 to 5 cm) to ensure a perfect fit.
For additional changes beyond the four included adjustments, a small fee applies.
Santi Heated Gloves 2.0: Warmth and Dexterity
The Santi Heated Gloves 2.0 are designed to keep your hands warm without sacrificing dexterity. The thin heating wires are practically imperceptible, allowing for natural movement and comfort under dry gloves.
Cold hands can make it difficult to manage inflators, valves, or cameras, but the Santi Heated Gloves ensure your hands remain capable and comfortable throughout your dive.

Thermovalve or Drysuit Connector: Which One to Choose?
Both the Santi Thermovalve 303 and the Drysuit Connector allow you to connect your Santi heated gear to an external power source. These connectors are available in Apeks or SiTech fittings.

The Santi Blue Power Battery Large – 28Ah represents a new era in underwater heating technology. With double the capacity of the Blue Power Medium 14Ah battery, it provides stable, long-lasting power for the entire Santi heating system.

Understanding Watt-Hours
The Santi Blue Power batteries are available in two capacities: Medium (14Ah) and Large (28Ah).
A battery’s capacity in watt-hours (Wh) represents how much power is available over time. For example, the 198Wh Blue Power Medium 14Ah Battery provides 198W of power for one hour, or 99W for two hours.
Example Calculations:
- Heating vest (55W) + heating gloves (36W) = 91W total.
- 198Wh ÷ 91W = approximately 2 hours and 10 minutes of run-time with a 14Ah battery.
- Heating gloves (36W) with a 28Ah battery:
- 397Wh ÷ 36W = approximately 11 hours of run-time.
