Santi BZ400 Extreme Heated Undersuit
Santi BZ400 Extreme Heated Undersuit is designed to comprehensively protect the whole body of a diver from the cold. The heated undersuit heats the trunk, thighs and arms evenly.
The BZ400 Extreme Heated Undersuit is designed to be worn on top of a thin base layer allowing most of the generated heat to be passed directly to the diver’s body.
The heated Santi undersuit gives you the best thermal protection underwater. It keeps you warm and comfortable while heating, even when the batteries are low or completely drained.
The new generation of heating wire is covered with ultra-soft, silicone isolation resistant to breaking. Innovative, synthetic power cable is resistant to high temperatures and cuts.

FREE “Made to Fit” service
Very few divers require a totally made to measure suit due to the wide range of standard sizes available from Santi Diving. With this in mind, Santi offers a free of charge Made-to-Fit service to any standard Santi BZ400X Undersuit ordered, sculpting standard suits to a divers’ measurements.
With your Santi BZ400 Extreme Heated Undersuit Combo order, you can request up to 4 changes (ranging from 2 to 5 cm) to any of the standard size measurements listed under chest, inner arm, biceps, forearm, waist, hips, inner leg, thigh, calf or body trunk on the Santi size chart.
If you would require more than 4 changes to make your suit perfect, you can add two more changes for a small additional charge.
Thermovalve or Drysuit Connector?
Both the Santi Thermovalve 303 and the Drysuit Connector are used to connect an external power source to your Santi heated vest, heated gloves or heated undersuit. Both are available in Apeks or SiTech fittings.
The SANTI Drysuit Connector does this by being attached to your existing drysuit inflation valve, continuing to use the original valve for inflation and running power through the connector element. It adds 19mm height to your valve.
Thermovalve 303’s great advantage is placing the cable with the E/O connector in the down position, with the possibility of turning the head by 270 degrees, which allows for trouble-free connection of the hopper cable both in the position of the connector to the right and left.

Santi 24Ah Battery
The Santi 24Ah Battery is manufactured with hi-tech rechargeable Li-Ion cells which offer high discharge current. As a result, it may be used to supply power to equipment items which require 200W in total.
An E/O cord connector, piezo switch and over-pressure valve are on the top section of the battery canister. The battery canister has a built-in belt loop on the side.
The battery is designed to supply power to Santi heated systems but may also be used with Halcyon Primary Diving Lights with an e/o connection.
Built in LED
One touch is enough to turn the battery on. The built-in blue LED on the e/o cord lights up when the battery is switched on or is being charged.
After each switch-on, the power status is presented. The number of blue LED flashes on the e/o cord indicates the charge level. After this “power level check”, the battery resumes standard mode, characterised by a constant LED light.
